We support multiple career paths beyond guest services, including social media management, education leadership, and salon management. The harder you work, the faster you grow—and we’ll be right here to match your effort with opportunity.
We also believe in work–life balance. Our commission and hourly employees enjoy paid vacation hours, plus the option to take extra days for special occasions or mental health. Because you can’t perform at your best if you never take time to rest.
Communication is key. We want to know how you communicate and learn best, so we can support your growth in the way that works for you. You spend more time with coworkers than family, so we prioritize creating a positive, supportive, and uplifting workplace.
We also offer a hands-on apprenticeship training program with one-on-one mentorship from the owner. You’ll gain confidence, build a clientele, and graduate with the tools to grow a sustainable career—with ongoing support every step of the way.
